Supporting the health and wellbeing of your team is an essential part of running a healthy, resilient organisation. However, finding the time and budget for quality workplace training can often be a challenge for busy teams.
PCP’s Adult Wellbeing Service at Pioneering Care Partnership is currently offering a range of fully funded training opportunities for local organisations, running throughout July, August, and September.
Short, Practical Workplace Workshops
Delivered online via Microsoft Teams, PCP’s Adult Wellbeing Service is providing a series of relatively short, interactive workshops covering a variety of health and wellbeing topics.
These sessions are specifically designed for organisations that are committed to promoting health and wellbeing in the workplace, making them ideal for employees and managers looking for practical tools without taking significant time away from day-to-day work.
Fully Funded Mental Health First Aid
In addition to their short topic-focused workshops, PCP’s Adult Wellbeing Service is also offering fully funded Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training.
This specialised training equips individuals with the skills to identify, understand, and support someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue or crisis, serving as a vital resource for any workplace culture.
