OUR BIG PROGRAMME OF EVENTS AND MASTERCLASSES IN OCTOBER 2020

LEARN WITH DBN: YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE JOURNEY WITH MOIRA BARNES

DATE & TIME: Wednesday, 7th October 2020 - 10:00-11:30

The Customer Journey with Moira Barnes

Can your customers find you easily? Once they do find you, what are you doing to make them seriously consider buying from you and how easy is it to transact with you?

In this two-hour masterclass, we will discuss the importance of making life easy for our prospective clients, helping them to buy and keeping them a happy customer who will come back again and again. But most importantly have them happily send their friends to you too.

We'd love to see you there!  This event is FREE for DBN members.  A small charge is applied for non-members.  You can book your place here!

Please note: the link for the Zoom meeting will be sent out on Tuesday, 6th October.

DBN ZOOM NETWORKING MEETING (OCTOBER)

DATE & TIME OF OUR WEBINAR: Tuesday, 20th October - 9:00-10:00

Our monthly networking meetings are proving to be very popular and it is so good to see so many people attending.

This month there is a slight change to the meeting as we are allowing non-DBN members a taster session. If you are not yet a member, why not pop along, at no cost, to see what DBN is about? The meeting starts at 9:00 and will last for approximately one hour (we know and respect how busy people are, so an hour is just the right amount of time for a catch up).  Please click here to book now.

Please note: the link for the Zoom meeting will be sent out on Monday, 19th October.

DBN AFTER DARK . . . JOIN US FOR A SPOOKY DBN EVENT . . .

DATE: WEDNESDAY, 28th OCTOBER 2020

TIME - 22:00-23:00

On 28th October we’re having a very different event.  Our Halloween get together this year will be our first “DBN in the Dark” event.  Local archaeologist Tony Liddell is going to tell us about recent and upcoming local digs and he is also going to share some of his more gruesome discoveries over the years and tell us about supernatural events in empty buildings that defy explanation . . . Did you know that not all skeletons lose their skin and hair?  And then there’s the “marmite man” . . .

Originally intended as a morning event, our members overwhelmingly asked for this one to take place after dark . . .  So we’re breaking with all conventions and having this meeting from 10 p.m. – 11 p.m.  And to create a suitable atmosphere we’re asking everyone to join us on Zoom by candlelight . . .  Why not add to the mood and get dressed up too?

As it’s an evening event and you’ll be at home, your family members are most welcome to join us too . . .

Don’t believe in spooky stuff?  Just wait till you see the photos . . .

Book here - if you dare!  This experience is only open to DBN Members.  Not a member?  Join us now!

WHAT OTHER MASTERCLASSES WOULD YOU LIKE DBN TO ORGANISE?

Feedback from our masterclasses has been brilliant and we'll be making previous ones available online to our members soon.  In the meantime, we'd really appreciate your thoughts and ideas for future events.  Please let us know by filling in this survey, it will only take a minute.
