Pioneering Care Partnership is a multi-award-winning charity that has been making a tangible difference across our region for nearly three decades. Established in 1998, the charity’s core mission is simple yet vital: "Health, Wellbeing and Learning for All."
Over the last 28 years, PCP has evolved and expanded to meet the changing needs of our local areas. Their primary focus is creating real opportunities that improve health, wellbeing, and overall life chances, particularly within disadvantaged communities.
The scale of their impact is remarkable. Since its inception, the charity has supported over 635,000 people, proving that dedicated, structured support can break down barriers and build vastly improved futures for individuals and families alike.
