Recently, I asked you all if you had any concept of how you were going to move your business forward with video content. Since then, I’ve had quite a few people get in touch worried about a lack of budget (predominantly due to the current climate) when it comes to creating this kind of media for their digital marketing.
PLEASE don’t think that you can only create successful, or ‘good’, video content with a budget. Businesses should be thinking about incorporating video into their online marketing on a regular basis, so the idea of shelling out money for a professional videographer each and every time is an unrealistic one for most of us.
Don’t get me wrong, there are key pieces of equipment you can use to enhance your video content, but these can be bought at a very reasonable cost from your favourite online retailer, and don’t have to be something you use!
One of my objectives for 2020 was always to update my website and get some new marketing materials created - namely, some new headshots. And, after months of putting it off, I’m very proud to announce that thanks to the incredible skills of Lee Dobson from (you guessed it) ‘Lee Dobson Photography’, I’ve now got some up to date headshots that I can be proud of and flaunt on my website, as well as on LinkedIn!
