Due to the number of donations received and the restrictions placed upon us, please ring and book a timeslot to leave a donation at our Stanley and Consett shops (Consett taking donations from 27 July). Donation slots can be booked for Mondays and Fridays, between 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. - 4 p.m. If you haven't made a booking or you arrive on another day, we won't be able to accept your donation. We know this isn't ideal, however we have a duty of care to customers, staff and volunteers and we need to ensure our processes are safe.
