Being a Direct Access Barrister, I can offer you the same legal services as a High Street Firm of Solicitors.
As Covid 19 (hopefully) comes to an end, I have published a large number of Fixed Price services on my website. Offering free consultations and able to offer whatever services you can get from a firm of solicitors as well as being able to attend court for you. I make a price promise that if you have a written quote from any North East firm of solicitors I will beat that quote by 35% if I can take the work on. Many business may need employment law advise after Furlough and I offer friendly no jargon advice on your options.
I do not charge for an initial 20 minutes Skype, Zoom or telephone consultation to let us decide if your case is suitable for direct access. All Direct Access Services are provided by myself and almost all of the time they will be on a fixed fee basis (so giving you certainty on costs).
During the current Covid-19 lockdown, we’re corresponding via email where possible. If you have to post signature documents to me, please sign and scan a copy to me before you post them. I can arrange conferences via Skype or Zoom video app at night until 8 p.m. and at weekends.
