Our February networking meeting will be held at Consett and District Golf Club.
We are looking forward to heading over to Consett, especially as we recently welcomed the Club Secretary, Kris Kennedy, to the network. The club has been a fixture in the local area since 1911, and while the course is a major draw, the clubhouse is a great spot for the local business community to get together.
What to expect
To be clear: we are not playing golf! This is a standard DBN networking meeting held in a fantastic local venue. It is a straightforward opportunity to catch up with other members and make new connections.
The View Clubhouse: We’ll be meeting in the club’s bar and dining area, aptly named The View. It is open to everyone—not just golfers—offering a welcoming atmosphere with refreshments and home-cooked food.
Breakfast Included: Tea, coffee, and a breakfast bun will be available on arrival.
Guest Speaker: Our guest speaker will be announced soon—stay tuned for details.
Member Introductions: A chance to hear from Kris about the club and for everyone else to share what they are working on this month.
