We’re on the lookout for someone to join our team as a part-time roastery assistant with a focus on sales and customer care. This is a hands-on role and we’re looking for a coffee enthusiast with a can-do attitude who is comfortable fulfilling numerous roles in helping us deliver great coffee and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You will also be customer facing and representing Kaffeehaus and thus good communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanour are necessary. Previous experience in the speciality coffee industry is preferred, and we can offer you ample opportunity to learn and grow within the business and the potential to go full-time.
Key responsibilities:
Liaising with current clients and processing wholesale orders - finding & reaching out to potential new customers - following up on leads and client onboarding.
Additional responsibilities might include:
Labelling, packing & dispatching coffee - keeping our roastery & production area clean, safe and well-maintained - serving customers at the roastery – being proactive in managing a variety of tasks within ever-changing routines.

16hs Part-Time* (Tues – Fri + occasional weekends) *potential for flexibility
£12.60/hr
