Sip Syrup was created by the brilliant minds behind Crwst, a much-loved brunch, bakery, and coffee spot in Cardigan, West Wales. Creators Rhodri, Catrin, Peter, and Osian are fiercely passionate about coffee and sustainability. When they couldn't find syrups that met their high standards, they simply made their own!

When KAFFEEHAUS discovered the Kokoa Collection, they knew immediately they were the perfect hot chocolate partner. Their company story and deep-seated values felt like a true reflection of KAFFEEHAUS' own.
Founder Paul's love and obsession for hot chocolate was kindled by visits to luxurious Viennese coffee houses with his grandmother. This of course resonated with Bernhard's own Austrian heritage as well as the fact that, Kokoa Collection were the first brand in coffee culture to supply solid chocolate, rather than using powder, to create a rich, authentic drinking chocolate. Before Bernhard and Catrina started the roastery and when they still had their own coffee house, they too, used to melt real chocolate to create their delicious hot chocolates and mochas.
