DBN Wellbeing Awareness Month
May is DBN wellbeing awareness month and we have approached some of our members to help promote an overall awareness for the wide-ranging aspects of wellbeing, including social, physical, emotional, community and environmental wellbeing. Something never before so important in these challenging times of ours.
Throughout the month of May we will be sharing stories, advice, hints and tips to promote wellbeing awareness within our business community. We have also organised a netwalk on the 14th May which we hope will begin the transition from being in lockdown to face to face networking again.
DBN Netwalk: Friday 14th May
Come join us on Friday 14th May for a DBN netwalk!
Due to socially distance reasons places will be limited and booking is on a first come first served basis.
We will meet at Pow Hill car park (Derwent Reservoir nr Boat Shack) at 9am and will take a walk along the water front before returning to the Boat Shack for refreshments.
Please dress sensibly. The walk will be subject to weather conditions so if it's forecast for rain, hail and snow we'll have to postpone!
